I have the same problem, i have a samsung RV415, with E-350 processor and HD6310, I installed windows 10 with the update from microsoft, and the video driver stopped working. Then I formatted my notebook, and installed windows 10 "clean"... but this doesn't work
I tried installing directly the driver, and with the autodetect. When i use the installer, it gives me an error saying that "video driver not installed".
Ps: when i use the "auto detect" i get this:
It says something like:
"We don't find any driver for your system. Any AMD hardware detected"
Ps2: sorry for my bad english, not my native language.
Yes. See my solution below.

1 - Open Device Manager. Right click in the Start Menu Button (The windows logo in the bottom left of the screen, YES you can right click it in Windows 10), and select Device manager.
2 - Find the Graphics Drivers
3 - Right click in the Graphic Driver (If your laptop has an integrated card you have to right click that one) and select Update driver
4 - Select the bottom option, for Search drivers in your PC
5 - Select the bottom option again, for Search from a list
6 - Select a different version from the one you already have. If you have an integrated card, you need to select the older versions.
7 - Click Next, wait for it to update the drivers, the sceen will flicker for a while.
8 - Restart your PC, if it doesnt help, please post a picture of how the Device Manager window looks in your PC so we can see what you have in the laptop.
For some reason this happened in my laptop, where Windows installed the drivers from the discrete card into the integrated card (main card). Then I had no options to set screen resolutions or connect other screens via HDMI or VGA. After changing the driver from the integrated card to a lower version (which windows provided via Windows Update) everything works fine, connecting screens and all.
Thanks, it did the magic for me. HD4xxx mobile series.
installed windows display adapter > whatever driver you want > Nirvana! (follow the steps dinzdinz gave)

I had the same problem with my HD 7970 (received SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED by atikmpag.sys) and now found a solution:
1. Uninstall Lucid Virty MVP (if installed). This is usally active, if you upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.
2. Install the AMD 15.6 Beta Driver for WIndows 8.1 from June22 "amd-catalyst-15.6-beta-software-suite-win8.1-64bit-june22".
Now your graphics adapter will be detected correctly and everything works fine.
The latest driver 15.7.1 is not working with my card and even after the solution, cannot be installed as Windows 10 tells me, that it is not suitable for this platform.
Install the AMD 15.6 Beta Driver for WIndows 8.1 from June22
I have a nettop based on AMD E-350 APU (Radeon HD 6310). I tried to install different drivers, but they didn't work properly (and I've even got windows' blue-screen after installing one of them). The latest Catalyst drivers 15.7.1 for Windows 10 unfortunately don't have HD 6310 support (you can find it out from inf-file).
Then I tried Catalyst beta-drivers 15.6 for Windows 8.1 (for 32-bit OS since I have 32-bit Windows 10) and they worked well:
Version of the display driver is 14.502.1014.1001.
Before that I unistalled all AMD-related software.
I'm happy now and there is no need to rollback to my previous OS (Windows 7).
The 15.6 Drivers has no Video Acceleration Support... > USE 14.12 Catalyst Drivers only (Extract them) Install them manually.
having similar issues with HD 6310. I am told they are working on a fix...lets hope its soon

Actually, I finally got my driver working! I'll provide a quick guide for those who are having the same/similar problem:
NOTE: It's highly recommended to create a Restoration Point before you attempt the following steps.
1. Uninstall AMD Catalyst Control Center. For those with INTEL PROCESSORS, select Remove all AMD Software. For those with AMD PROCESSORS, uninstall only the Display Driver and the Catalyst Control Center.
2. If the driver wasn't removed; Uninstall the display driver manually by going to Start -> Right Clicking File Explorer -> Properties -> Device Manager. Go to Display Adaptors, right click the driver and select Uninstall.
3. Reboot your PC.
4. Download the latest Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 220.127.116.11 from Guru3D.com.
5. Reboot into Safe Mode. (Or try to execute the above program and it will ask if you wish to reboot into Safe Mode).
6. Run the DDU. Select "Clean and Restart".
7. Wait for it to do its job and your PC should restart.
8. Now, clean install your desired AMD Display Driver. (In my case, I reverted to 14.12 Omega and it's working perfectly well)!
So, my issue of brightness was sorted out by doing these simple steps.
Thank You! You saved my week. I've tried everything except this. And now it boot up as it should without any two minutes timeout. I'm happy!
Thank you very much i was looking for the solution for more than 6 months and now it worked
Radeon Software Version - 17.2.1
Radeon Software Edition - Crimson ReLive
Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics
Memory Size - 1024 MB
Memory Type - DDR3
Core Clock - 800 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 6 GB
CPU Type - AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
so my issue was that one day it came up with a error message saying there were no drivers installed, i have had this computer for 2 years this October. since having it i have never had any issues up until just like 4 or 5 days ago. what should i do ?
did not worked for me, i am seeking for another way.
I'm having the same issue with the Radeon Crimson, using R9 270x and there seems to be nothing wrong with it when it comes to windows 7, problem must be the drivers. Now I'm using the suggested 14.12 omega and it's running smoothly so far, however since it's an outdated graphics card, a couple of games seems to be struggling with framerate. I hope that AMD addresses this issue in the near future.
There is no Lucid Virtu MVP installed when I had Windows 10 at the same time 15.6 June 22 drivers doesn't also work.
I need help finding the right driver for my system.
It has taken me absolute ages to find a solution for this problem, being on a legacy driver (sadly). Thank you sir!
I have not been able to do windows updates, or for that matter insider previews because everything would go wack. Again, I bow to you sir because I would have never been able to resolve this issue. I want a new computer but I just can't right now. Respect.
I had the same issue. I followed your description and since then the problem is solved. However since I've downgraded the software, my computer can't turn off after the shutting down. Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem?
(Sorry for my bad English, it's not my mother tongue)

I had the same problem..
Tried everything but nothing happened for me..
But they say never lose hope..
And guess what it worked for me.
So follow the steps.
1. Download original ATI graphics driver for your graphics card from system manufacturer website.
2. Before installing the package change its compatibility from windows 10 to windows 7.
3. Run the installation setup.
4. The setup will install original ATI graphics driver from scratch.
Note. Select express install and keep the power cord plugged in during installation.
That's it ..
