Thorough PC fanatic from the start, I have craved hardware tinkering since before the C64, including almost anything electric.
After an Associate's diploma in PC micro-computing, I have around 9000 hours of PC experience, on a personal basis.
Although I have worked in several domains, I still prefer troubleshooting a build, than buying one. Even though I am 50, I still plan on doing some good work in the PC domain for a few more years, at least!
I find AMD's "Red Team" initiative a refreshing and very proactive approach to help others with common computer problems.
I also think that AMD's engineering appears to give the end user the very best in legacy product life expectancy.
After all, PC building is about commitment, not speed.
