I have an MSI Alpha 15 A3DD (specifications below) and whenever I try to use Solidworks, Fusion 360 or Autodesk Inventor, the interface flashes and it's unusable unless I force the program to use the integrated graphics card.

Processor - AMD Ryzen 7 Mobile 3750H
Integrated graphics - 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics (MSI)
Dedicated graphics - 4080MB ATI Radeon RX 5500M (MSI)
