Pre-built-applications Download Links not working

I came to this site and tried to download the pre-compiled HPL.  However, none of the links for the download work.

Can someone confirm if they can download?

Ok, looks like it opened another browser tab for the EULA.  It's working for me now.

Can you please share which application are you trying to access? 
There are different variants of HPCG and HPL pre-built binaries available.
Can you please verify if you can access these below link?
Users need to accept the terms for the download of tar files to start.
