Need support for check the Pb content level changes B/T DC2019 & DC2020 MPN : XCKU060-2FFVA1156E

Hi Xilinx  Experts , 

Can you check for any PCN document or material declaration document states of Pb ( Lead ) content after Year 2019 ?. Seems Like any mixed alloy present in solder balls showing Pb content high ( Out of Limit ) on DC 1925 Components and Pb content within the Limit on DC 2009. 

We need a valuable support from Xilinx side to find out the correct document to check and give us the confirmation to accept the parts.
