After hours of searching and talking to others at AMD - I have yet to find only one provider currently using your processors correctly: https://www.google.com/amp/s/cloudblog.withgoogle.com/products/identity-security/introducing-google-... 

Is this still the only public cloud provider that is using AMD's SEV & SME security features?

Should be easy enough to figure out:

All of the the public cloud providers are implementing their instances in proper, correct, manners.
