So Ryzen Master on Windows offers the ability to adjust the TDP of the CPU.
What lowlevel interface/hardware feature is used for this?
RyzenAdj offers this functionality on Linux by communicating with the SMU, but I wonder if this is the offical way?
Sadly for RAPL only the energy read-only register is implemented and not the TDP controling one.
