Every time I try to profile my app, this pop up appear "it looks like AMDProfilerService has crashed! Please relaunch..." when I stop the profiling to analyze the data. Even if I try to relaunch and try again it keeps crashing. This problem also occurs when running with sudo. Need help for this problem, thanks

I'm using AMDuProf_Linux_x64_4.1.424 version on Garuda Linux (Arch based).

I can see 2 "major" errors in the log file:

• [EXECUTABLE_FORMAT][Translation_pool_0][virtual bool ElfFile::Open(gtVAddr, gtVAddr):237]: Executable (ELF) [kernel.kallsyms]_text failed to open (No such file or directory)
• [EXECUTABLE_FORMAT][Translation_pool_0][virtual bool ElfFile::Open(gtVAddr, gtVAddr):237]: Executable (ELF) [vdso] failed to open (No such file or directory)

Garuda Linux OS is officially not supported.
For smooth usage, we suggest you to use officially supported Operating Systems listed in Section 1.2.2 of AMDuProf User guide

You should support arch linux it's a very popular distro !
