There was an attempt made...

To OverClock an RX 6950 XT

To be fair I didn't expect much as my assumption was that 6950 is already a top bin overclocked 6900.

I did however make gains and made the top 3 in 3Dmark for my CPU/GPU class in Firemark

Congratulations on pushing it to the limits.  What sort of PSU are you running?  I see some high wattage numbers up there.

Good choice.  Some people think the Thermaltake PSUs don't last, but I've had a few in my builds and no problems with them.

whoa!!! I would defiantly like to pick your brain I have a Red Devil RX 6950 XT and I've got it up to 2800mhz however id like to find the sweet spot with undervolting it as well any tips???
