Hi,

I wanted to try out the ProRender for Max2020, but when I am try to switch get this error message -18.

OS: Windows 10 64bit

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320-Eight Core 3.5 GHz

GPU: Radeon RX 5700 (20.1.1 Update)

RAM: 16GB DDR3

Hi,

I'm having a hard time trying to reproduce this issue on my side. Do you have any other 3rd party plugins installed?

I will go ahead and send this issue to our developers.

Here are also a few things that you can try:

1. Unistall the RPR plugin and 3ds Max 2020.
2. Reinstall 3ds Max.
3. Reinstall the RPR plugin.
