Nithyanandam, I can not find Global Settings in my render settings, How to find GI settings in this version?
Do you see any of the ProRender settings? Do you have RPR selected as your render? It should be under the section for RPR quality

do you have any plugins installed other then ProRender? there might be some kind of conflict between them.
