Hello, I just finished my new build and on first start the cooler functioned properly and after installing the AMD Wraith Prism software I was successfully able to configure the different led colors without issue. Now when I launch the software it no longer opens and gives the message to plug in a cm device to get started. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but no luck. I do have only the cpu cooler power cable and usb cable plugged in (cable on the right). Any assistance is appreciated Thanks
