I've recently got a 5900x. And its my first time using a AMD CPU since 2008. But i'm kinda confused on what the Maximum voltages are for the Ryzen 5000 series. I keep reading that 1.2v is highest i should go, while others say 1.35v.
I currently have mine running at 4.5 GHz with 1.2V, and it seems very stable. Main usage is Gaming and video rendering.
But i was hoping to go a little bit higher so i could maybe get 4.6 or 4.7 Ghz if possible.
I already dove into PBO, but i only get about 100mhz more over default. Stock runs at 4.1 GHz on all cores, PBO, 4.2 GHz. While manual i get 4.5 GHz.
Any feedback is appreciated.
