  • The Last Of Us Part 1 game reached a temperature of 93 degrees, is it healthy to play with this temperature?
  • I'm using a stock fan
  • I 'm using 140mm 3 case fans
  • RAM: 3200mhz oc 3533mhz

The recommended maximum temperature for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G processor is 95°C. A temperature of 93°C while gaming with a stock fan is relatively high and may cause long-term damage to the processor. It's not healthy to play with this temperature for an extended period of time.

To lower the temperature of your processor, you can try a few things. First, you can try to improve the airflow in your case. With 140mm case fans, you should already have good airflow, but you can make sure that the airflow is directed toward the processor and that there are no obstructions blocking the airflow.

Second, you can try to reduce the overclocking settings of your RAM. Overclocking can increase the heat output of the processor, so reducing the RAM overclocking settings may help to lower the temperature.

Finally, you can consider upgrading your cooling solution. A more powerful aftermarket CPU cooler can significantly reduce the temperature of the processor, allowing you to play games without risking long-term damage.

I lowered the CPU Voltage. Currently, the temperatures do not exceed 70 degrees.

May i ask how did you do it please

Is this with the stock fan? Remove the sides of your case, This may drop another 5-15 degrees depending on your cooler

The best you can do is to get arctic freezer duo sports fan to replace your stock fan, the stock amd fan is very bad.

Remove the sides of your case , that will reduce temps by 15 degrees.

Undervolt your CPU using ryzen master. You must be able to achieve 3.5ghz to 4ghz at 1 to 1.1 volts. Please note these numbers may vary, try to play with it and test it with cinebench every time you change settings. The undervolt will reduce another 15-20 degrees.

These three combined will give you 35-40 degrees at idle and 55-65 degrees under 100% workload. 50 degrees while gaming.

Obviously what you can do right away is to remove the sides of your case. The ryzen master does not cost you any money, so you can try this too. The cooler must be around 40-50 USD depending which part of the world you currently are.

Good luck. Let me know how these impact your temps.

sorry to tell you bud but removing your side panel not only will not help, It could make things worse. The side panel helps direct airflow over the components. A proper solution would be to optimize air flow. you want to shoot for a positive case pressure. use fans with higher static pressure for intake fans and use fans with higher CFM or flow rate for exhaust. Adjusting  your fan curves can also help to get positive pressure.  set your intake fans to blow a little harder then your exhaust fans. the key is to channel The Air in the right place, instead of having your airflow basically blasted everywhere. with your side panel off most of your airflow will just be blowing right out the side. remember air is lazy and takes the path of least resistance.

95 degrees Celsius (°C) is the highest suggested temperature for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G Processor. To guarantee optimum performance and avoid any potential harm from overheating, it is crucial to keep the processor's temperature within this limit.

Although specs and recommendations may be subject to change over time with new updates or revisions, it's always a good idea to check for the most recent information on AMD's official website or the processor's documentation.
