Warrant on my proccesor

Idk where should i write that so there i am. I returned the processor for warranty and its been longer then month since i returned it in 25th november and I didnt get a single mail from them. If anyone has sytuaction like this could u help me?

In the US you should be notified when they receive the cpu, their evaluation of the cpu and the response to your claim in short order.  When I rma'd my 5950x a 3rd party in Miami handled the claim and it took about a week from start to finish before I received my replacement.  Your rma approval email should have pertinent info.

You should check the tracking number to the rma center on the AMD provided shipping label to see if they received it and when then contact tech support.

To whom did you send the CPU to?

You should contact them and explain the situation. Use the previous emails you used when you contacted them about your issue, so they know which customer/CPU you are talking about.
