Unable to find Ryzen 5 5600x Chipset Drivers for Windows 11

I recently purchased a new motherboard/processor/graphics card using AMD for the first time. I would like to run the latest drivers for Windows 11 from AMD but my chipset is not listed in the product categories. They have the Ryzen 5 3600 xt but no 5600x.

Are they the same drivers and is it better to use Asus Drivers? Also, in installing the Ryzen Master tool, It fails to install saying the driver is not available.

And the entire reason I am here is that I purchased the $1800 gaming monitor from LG and the icons are all elongated. A square is not square on the screen. LG suggests that it's AMD's problem, so I just installed the latest Radeon drivers and still no luck.

3072 kilobyte secondary memory cache
32768 kilobyte tertiary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (6 total)
Hyper-threaded (12 total)

AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT [Display adapter]
DELL 3007WFP [Monitor] (29.7"vis, s/n XX-0FK285-XXXXX-69Q-G3YC, September 2006)
LG 38GL950G [Monitor] (38.3"vis, January 2019)

What should I do about getting the correct drivers installed or is there a better way to make my icons not look rectangular?

If you are talking about Motherboard CHIPSET Drivers then you are looking at the wrong place. Here is the AMD CHIPSET DRIVER PACKAGE for your Motherboard - X570: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

But if you are talking about getting the latest Ryzen Master program for your specific processor you are correct, the Ryzen 5 5000 series CPUs are not shown. But you can try the equivalent 3000 series CPU and see if it installs and works.
