Unable to connect my mobiles

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H PC. With this one I cant connect any phone to the PC, whereas my phones can easily connect with old Intel PCs. Is there any bug? I have updated all my drivers.

None of the android devices are connecting to this device.

I have installed everything. Please share something for AMD processor. None of the devices are working on my AMD PC. My old Intel powered CPUs are working perfectly with newly launched smartphones.
