Serial number doesn't match on AMD processor

Hi 
I am writing to let you know that I recently purchased an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU but the part number or serial number is not in the AMD database.
The screenshot of CPU-Z is attached. Also some images of the box. 
 
Its serial number is 9KX5875U30092
and Part number is: 100-000000252CBX
 
I would be grateful to you if you can clear my confusion.

I can't find any info on 'CBX' in the part no.., or the 39MB cache (normally 19MB).

Perhaps for a specific region market only?

Might be an idea to make a query (send info/pics) on https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

but in the CPU-Z its 16MB cache, not 39MB. Its confusing . I submitted a ticket to AMD btw

Well.. AMD isn't responding to my Email. It seems something fishy going on with AMD.
