I'm getting pretty low points in the cinebench r23 benchmark.
Looks like i have a temp/throttling problem (please srceenshot ryzen master)?!
PassMark results are fine, although memory preformance looks poor to me.
Please let me know if can provide any more info.
I'm quite ok at using computers but i do reach my limits when it comes to building / overclocking and such things. Please be patient
I have no clue how to use "Ryzen Master" and i didn't change a thing in my BIOS settings.
Any ideas how to solve this issue or investigate further?

Your processor's Maximum Operating Temperature is 68C which means that it will start to slow down or throttle to keep it at 68C or lower.
Seems like your AIO Liquid CPU Cooler is not working as well as it should since Ryzen Master is showing temperature at 68C.
Check to make sure there is good Air circulation to the Radiator Fan and liquid is flowing into and out of the pump on the CPU. That there are no leaks or blockages and that the Pump is working.
Users have had issues with your AIO CPU Cooler in the past becoming defective after a while.
