Ryzen Systems perform better waking from sleep

Hi guys,

I have been having this issue for a year now since I built my first Ryzen system.  Essentially the systems just feel slightly off compared to my old intel build, mouse movements are not as crisp, display seems ever so slightly blurry.  There is one remedy that ALWAYS makes it feel more responsive and that's putting the system to sleep mode and waking again.  This behavior occurs on both my Ryzen systems.  I will put specs below.  Does anyone have any insight?
