I have a ryzen 9 7950x and temperatures never overheat when I play a game while streaming or recording I have my task bar pulled up to see My performance my cpu usage with spike and down constantly what ever I have open at the moment it spikes up I keep everything updated to drivers and windows I never fixed the problem.
