Ryzen 9 7950x Temps Help

Hi all!

So currently im running a 360mm  cooler along side my Ryzen 9 7950x on a x670e Plus. On average via desktop i get around 55/60 idle temps. Program loading it boosts to 70 odds and gaming just over 80. my cinebench score is at 1.7k where i think it should be more

So my question is

What can i do to boost my performance

How can i lower temps without loosing performance

Would really appreciate it if someone could personally message or reply with a solution. Thanks all!

Bios is set to optimized profile

xDaveHamx, please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) running Cinebench R24 Multicore. If you have changed anything in the BIOS or with RM or other applications, please do a Clear CMOS. Your max temperature is 95C. Thanks and enjoy, John.

Make & Model of your AIO CPU Cooler?

AIO CPU Cooler correctly installed? Pump and fans are running at maximum when getting hot?  verify fluid is circulating in the tubing.  CPU Block is making good solid even contact with the CPU surface.

Good air flow inside your PC case?  Remove side panel and see if temperatures are slightly lower.

Download OCCT and run all 3 stress test to see if the CPU overheats above 95c.  Check for Fan speeds, Temperatures, and PSU Outputs.

NOTE: your Processor TDP Rating is 170 Watts so your AIO CPU Cooler should have a rating above 200 TDP Watts.

Idle temps are too high, something is wrong. @elstaci posted some good starting points to check. Idle temps should be 30°'s unless you're running a constant load or have manually fixed voltages or overclocks or something else out of the norm.
