Ryzen 9 5900X can't get over 4100 MHz Multi-Core in Cinebench R23

I built a new PC last month to work with 3D sculpt and render (specs below), today I tried Cinebench R23 and my cores can't go over 4100 MHz in Multi-Core when benchmarking (I've seen that most people with the same hardware gets 4300 on all cores in this situation with stock configs), is there something wrong with my CPU?

HARDWARE:

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: RTX 3070

CPU: RYZEN 9 5900X

Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus/BR

BIOS Version: 3602

RAM: 2x 16 GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 MHz CL18

PSU: XPG Core Reactor 850W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 20H2

Cinebench R23 Score: 19942

Most of the time my CPU Cores oscillate between 3999-4050 MHz. Though when I'm rendering in Blender, with all my cores at 100%, I get around 4150-4250 MHz

I hope there's nothing wrong with my CPU

Thanks in advance for any help
