Since a couple of weeks I'm working on a Asus Proart Studiobook 16 with a Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and 40GB RAM. It should be a laptop perfect for running Adobe programs, and I would think it shouldn't be a problem running these programs together with for example a music player, a browser and a mail client.
Though I experience some issues while using Photoshop or Camera RAW:
When I open a couple of files in Camera RAW, or I load them into Photoshop, for example the music is stuttering or lagging, clearly affected by the ongoing processes in the Adobe applications. But even moving the mouse cursor or typing in a browser, or the mail client is experiencing this lag, or stuttering. Once the images are open in Photoshop, the these issues stop.
I never had this with my three year old Dell XPS 9570.
