Laptop is Alienware M16 R1 7945HX RTX 4090.

Power throttle happens very random, sometimes play hours with no issues.

CPU aggressively power limiting to 32 watts then goes back to 70 watts regardless of cpu temperature.Tried uninstalling Alienware command center, which didn't help much. Even clean installed windows , which helped for a week then issue came back again. Anyone had similar issues?

mirov84, run Ryzen Master (RM) if you can and post a screenshot under the same condition. All experiencing this should communicate with your LP vendor. John.
