ryzen 7 7800x3d idle temps

Hey yall i recently got my new build with a 7800x3d in it and it idles at around 55c°

im kinda worried about it

as a cpu cooler i have the ekwb nucleus 360

ive tested with cinebench and at 100% load the cpu gets up to 76c° which is okay but still the idle temps kinda worry me sometimes even at idle the cpu randomly goes up to like 40% usage for a second hits 65c° and then goes back to normal

any ideas what to do or why does this happen

ive alredy changed the thermal paste did nothing.

Only use Ryzen Master (RM) to measure temperature and post a screenshot of RM running R24. John

Hi, one of the most common high idle temperatures is the CPU minimum state too high in windows power profiles.

In every Ryzen I've set, including the 7950X. I've had to drop it so the idle temps and frequency can come down a little bit, now I'm at 40C ish on a 7950X

I think its worth to check it out.
