So I have owned my Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU for several months now and had an issue where it wont boost. I've finally decided to post hoping someone could shred some light.

Setup:

ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING ATX Motherboard (BIOS version 3002)

Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU

Corsair 16GB 3200 RAM

So far I have: 

• Reset BIOS (Several Times)
• Updated Chipset Driver
• Updated BIOS
• Reinstalled Windows (Also several times)
• Upgraded to Windows 11 (Rolled back as not a fan)
• Tried different RAM

I have recently noticed that it shows 3.7 as base clock in Task Manage, CPUZ and HWiNFO. 

The max I get is 3.699 when running Warzone, Cinebench and CPUZ to stress the CPU.

Are you using the Windows balanced power plan, what multiplier is shown in bios?

Any 3rd party or asus OC software installed?
