Hello I build my pc year ago everything was running fine sometimes it had problems starting but you just turn it of and start it again and it worked  

But now I have a problem with my CPU. When I start my pc CPU temp don't go lower then 60 while idle when I  try load any game or programs it's just overheat instantly and shuts down . Don't have mutch experience with pc this is my first build and I do not know how to fix or what to look for

Have you checked the most basic of stuff, your cooler? Is it running OK? Does it need a repaste? Is it obstructed if its air cooling? Or if the pump is making noise if it is a AIO?

Try a clearing CMOS to go back to defaults.
