no matter what i do it will not resest

tried everything from new bios and chipset drivers

powering it off fixed it temporarily

Can you provide more info on that? 

Did it started doing recently? If its a recent event, try rolling back with system restore to a point when everything was ok.

yes it just started doing it 

ive done a  fresh install of windows 10 no luck changed motherboards no change
