Ryzen 5 5600, protective foil on stack cooler?

Hi, does ryzen 5 5600 cooler have foils on it? I installed cooler on processor and I didn't check there is foil, because it has a pre thermal paste.

Just checked my 5600X (retail boxed) stock cooler. no protective strip.

But I already ran pc and it works temperatures are: 50-60 on nothing, and 70-80 in games 

 

Edit: so, 5600 probably doesnt has protective as your 5600x?

Don't rely on the stock cooler for other than standard setup, no OC/performance settings.

Also what case make/model, how many intake/exhaust fans?

High idle temps. you also need to look at what programs/apps run at startup causing high cpu use?

On start pc working only nvidia experience, but I think this temperature is natural as a stock cooler, but my main question is it about foil. If your 5600x hasn't, my 5600 probably also?
