I am searching for a replacement PC for my quite old desktop. I found a PC with Ryzen 5 3400G and an ASUS Prime B450 M Gaming /BR that has 4 memory slots, but looking at Ryzen 5 3400G specs, I found the following information that puzzles me:

Max Memory Speed   vs  Number of memory channels: 2 

2x1R DDR4-2933

2x2R DDR4-2667

4x1R DDR4-2133

4x2R DDR4-1866

Max Memory speed data seem to indicate I can use four memory sticks while Number of Memory Channels seems to indicate I can only use 2 memory sticks .

What would it be the correct interpretation of the Ryzen 5 3400G ? (By the way, I found the same type of information concerning Ryzen 5 4600G).

While it is possible to use four memory sticks, the memory speed will be limited to DDR4-1866. It is recommended to use two memory sticks in a dual-channel configuration for the best memory performance. The same applies to the Ryzen 5 4600G processor.
