Hello. I ordered a Ryzen 5 2600 on March 03 on topachat.com. But I only needed it today due to missing components on my computer. But when my brother opened the processor box, he instantly told me that it was broken and unusable. So I've contacted the TopAchat support and they told me that processors were verified when they come out of factory and it's almost impossible that I received a processor in this state in a new package, but look at what I received. They also told me that I had three days after I received my package to report it if it was in bad condition or already open but the package was new. So I wanted to say thank you AMD for sending me this.
