I have an Asus Tuf 705 DT. When I bought the laptop the CPU constant ran at 3.7 ghz when doing any cpu intensive tasks. However, it overheated beacuse of that so I changed the processor performance boost mode to disable turbo boost, but nothing changed. I didn't pay attention for a few weeks but now I see that my cpu is always below 3.5ghz even when doing intensive tasks (the temp is also very less as a reason). However, games have started microlagging which ran fine before. How to do it back to constant 3.7ghz please help.
