no matter what i do i cant stop my pc freezing iv changed the gpu ram cooler and power unit iv gone into the bios and over clocked it to see if that helped but didnt so i put it all to stock all my drivers and windows is up todate iv looked on the internet about this and nothing so far has fixed it and its getting to the point now i cant use my pc because i cant trust it to keep working

ram is trident z 3200 rgb
cpu is ryzen 7 2700
