RMA problem

I asked for an RMA for a RYZEN 5 3600, RMA accepted, I sent the processor, I received an email confirming receipt, then silence.

and now my ticket has expired, but I've never received any replies.

Now i lost processor and warranty? i can't speak to anyone of the warranty service!!

Try opening a new AMD Warranty ticket but include the RMA Ticket to see what happened.

Maybe if you post the AMD Warranty (RMA) ticket one of the Moderators can check to see what happened if they have time.

i opened a new rma process, and in the note section i've attached the old ticket nr. and the old RMA code. today they answered me that once the RMA process is completed, they send me an email. Now i'm waiting, a little quieter.

The RMA# is 2000309487

New SR (05/04/2021) is 8201077655

Old SR (03/18/2021) was 8201072163, that results as expired

The processor is still in their warehouse
