Photoshop suddenly doest recognize graphics card, and thus prevents me from using required tools. AMD is shutting down my business!

Need more information on your computer setup plus versions of Photoshop and Windows and AMD Driver installed. Plus Make & Model of GPU card you are using.

I would suggest to post a image of GPU-Z and see what is showing for your GPU Card.

Also does Windows Device Manager have any errors under "Display Adapters" category or any errors at all including Yellow exclamation marks?
