Is activating PBO enhancement will shorten the lifetime of the CPU if I limit the temperature to 80 degrees C and will it void my warranty.

Not by a significant, noticeable or meaningful ammount.
The question is.... A chipset boards are not known to be great overclockers (sometimes locked) and have a very limited VRM design.
Is the activating it will cost warranty... Because I found that when I activated the PBO Enhancement at Level 2 (80C), or even level 1(70C), the result of PBO Enhancement is always better than stock.
