I have an MSI B650 motherboard with 7600 processor and driving a monitor through the on board VGA port. I want to use a second monitor with the on board HDMI port but the second monitor is not recognised. I have the latest BIOS and drivers installed but to no avail. I am not even clear whether it is actually possible to drive two monitors independently.
Could anyone confirm whether the 7600 is capable of controlling two monitors independently and if it is then what needs to be done to get the second monitor working or do I need to buy a graphics card ?
Any help would be appreciated as I have run out of ideas myself.
