I recently just purchased a 7800x3d and in the amd software it’s says it’s running 2.6 ghz while in game whilst in task manager it’s usually above 4 something. I understand timing and stuff but i’m getting lots of stuttering issues after like a week of building?
All up to date with drivers and everything.
