If windows runs on x86/x86-64, what does Android typically run on?

So I am looking at doing some retro game development for android and I wanted to know what kind of sorta architecture Android ran on. (I kinda want to make a game console in the future and I would kinda like to know this info).

The majority of Android devices use ARM (ARM architecture - Wikipedia )
