I cant get anything to come on the screen with i installed the Ryzen 7 3700X processor

I recieved a Boot Kit from AMD so i could update the BIOS.  I updated the BIOS and put my Ryzen 7 3700X back in because it was suppose to work now with the updated BIOS and it still doesnt work.  Does anybody know why this is happening?  I power up the PC and nothing appears on the monitor.  It worked with AMD Athlon 200GE just fine.  Thats what i had to use to boot the PC up and update BIOS.

Just checking that you are using a dedicated graphics card with the 3700x and that your monitor lead is connected to that and not the motherboard's onboard connector as the  AMD Athlon 200GE has integrated graphics and so doesn't require a separate card.
