I just upgraded my build a week ago and have been enjoying the new performance and graphic quality. I just noticed my cpu temps reaching the low 80's (Celsius) while playing Diablo 4 in enemy dense areas with alot of aoe and visual effects. The cpu also idles around 51-59 degrees. I plan on playing this game while streaming and recording so I'm looking to decrease the temps (note, the room my pc is in is also very warm in the summer). I haven't changed the fan speeds at all or done any overclocking. I'm not sure what the best approach is to fan tuning. Here is my build ----> https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8jFz4M
So the pc case comes with 2 front fans, have you added any exhaust fans to rear & top?
I haven't added any case fans but I will look into it
Like most of their high-end processors, AMD recommends a liquid cooler for the 5900X.

As you have a Tr Phantom Spirit, you're already near the best air cooling you can get. And if your ambient room temp is high, there may not be much more you can do to improve cooling performance.
So you're probably going to want to look into using a PBO setting Curve Optimizer to reduce the voltage to your CPU. This should reduce temperature and can also allow for higher boost speed.
As FunkZ said get an AIO. I use an EK 360MM AIO on my 5900X and it idles at 37.8 degrees.

I'll look into different AIO's. How is the ambient temp in the room your pc is in?
21 degrees C at the moment and my CPU is idling at 32.8 degrees C
