EDU cpu is at 100% most of the time

My cpu edu is running 100% most of the time, the temp and ppt are mostly green sometimes yellow.. I just don't know why its always at 100%? 

MB- msi tomahawk b550 mag 

Cpu- ryzen 5600x wraiths

Graphics- asus tuf 1660 super

Are you overclocking, if not are you using the standard windows power plan on balanced (recommended).

Have you asked on the msi support forum, someone there can probably give you optimal (non OC) bios settings for your cpu/mobo combo.
