Hello i have a question, about my CPU RYZEN 7 2700X

I have a problem about this, i can't boots to bios, i check everything of hardware and i found issue came from CPU I buy this CPU on AMAZON.COM when i life in USA but now I moving to thailand how can i Claim this product
