CPU RMA marked as “resolved”?

I started the RMA process about a week ago and before I got to sending my CPU in the  RMA got marked as “resolved”. Is this normal for RMA’s or was it likely it accidentally marked as resolved? I still got the emails and shipped it out, been delivered for around 3 business days but no received status yet. Just want to make sure, thanks.

It's normal, and the replacement status will go to completely processed when it gets shipped.

Awesome thanks, been trying to get my PC fixed for about a month now and didn’t want it delayed anymore so I really appreciate the reply, don’t have to stress out about it for now lol. CPU was only 2 months old and was the only part I hadn’t tested so hoping I can get it replaced as all my other parts were tested and worked.
