I'm using 7950x3d's iGPU with a 4k LG display (27UP850N-W). The issue is when I'm trying to change from 4k to 1920*1080, ideally it should scale perfectly because each 4 pixels of the physical 4k resolution should behave as 1 pixel of 1920*1080, but the image looks blurry either way.
Tested this both on Linux and Windows, the issue persists, I guess it's not the problem of the display because my macbook scales it down to full hd easily.
