I set up with 5950x + C8DH and started Ryzen Master, but it only found CCX0.
The number of cores in Task Manager is also set to 8.
Is there any other settings I need to do?

Set everything in the BIOS back to defaults, and make sure you're not using Game Mode in Ryzen Master.
