Yes, all Ryzen 1000 series are compatible out of the box with all 300 chipset series motherboards. However, if this will be a PC just used for internet, Microsoft Office, Skype, and other undemanding applications, you will come out much cheaper getting an older Socket AM3+ setup with the FX-6300 and DDR3.
