Athlon 3000G voltage fluctuation in HWMonitor

Hello everybody.

I recently bought a computer (only the complete case) with an AMD Athlon 3000G processor. It was assembled by Bell Micro and sold by Skill, on the internet.

The motherboard says only that it is American Megatrends, which is her BIOS model, inclusive.

The machine is fast and works very well. Besides, of course, it doesn't get too hot.

However, taking a look at the HWMonitor application, I noticed a constant fluctuation in the voltage of the processor.

Here it has varied between 0.9v and 1.2v

My question is whether this oscillation is normal.

I did not change anything, in the bios, except changing the Boot order to bring up Windows 10 in the SSD that I put here.

I don't have a dedicated video card. I'm using the integrated, which is a Vega 3.

At the moment I have 8 GB of DDR4 RAM where 2 GB are for Vega.

I am using this computer on a 42 inch Samsung LCD TV. Connected via HDMI in Full HD resolution (1080p).

Everything is standard as it came from whoever set it up.

So, is it normal to have this voltage fluctuation that appears on HWMonitor?

Thank you in advance.

Ps .: I'm Brazilian, I'm in Brazil.
