AMD with MSI

Good Afternoon

So i have an MSI B550M Pro-VDH WiFi motherboard with an AMD 5600G processor, gSkill 16GB 288-Pin DDR 4 SDRAM DDR4 2666 Memory and a 750W Power Supply. When i am in the bios my machine will run forever. When i run my OS if i don't do anything on it it will stay on for awhile. When i try to surf or run a program it randomly restarts. I checked the event viewer and it has a log name of system, source is kernal power, event id 41, level is critical, task category 63. Does anyone know how to figure out why its randomly restarting? Is this an AMD issue or an MSI issue. I noticed when i run the MSI Center that the cpu is running at 3001MHz. Dram shows 2667. Do i have a setting wrong or os this a bad cpu? I beleive this is supposed to run between 3.9GHz to 4.4GHz. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
